The model

Seed to Structure

One continuous chain, owned end to end. We control the crop in the field and the carbon in the wall, and every stage in between.

Seed & Field

Regionally selected cultivars and the Louisiana Producer Program put proven genetics in Gulf South soil.

Harvest & Decortication

Coordinated harvest and fiber separation turn standing stalk into clean feedstock streams.

Fiber & Hurd

Long bast fiber for composites and textiles; woody hurd for hempcrete, insulation, and biochar.

Biochar & Materials

Magnolia Biochar locks carbon into a stable form; lime and hurd become Delta hempcrete.

Structure

Sealed structural design and construction through Hyperion deliver finished hempcrete buildings.

Why hemp

A single crop that replaces timber, cotton, oil, and concrete.

Industrial hemp produces more fiber per acre than trees, needs a fraction of the water cotton demands, and pulls carbon down instead of releasing it. Hempcrete, made from the woody hurd, keeps storing carbon as it cures inside a wall.

What we make

One harvest, many industries.

Every part of the stalk has a destination. We move the whole plant into higher-value materials rather than selling raw biomass.

Certified Seed

Regionally selected genetics bred and trialed for Gulf South growing conditions.

Hemp Fiber

Long bast fiber for composites, technical textiles, and bioplastics.

Hemp Hurd

The woody core for hempcrete, insulation, and biochar feedstock.

Biochar

Magnolia Biochar turns hemp biomass into stable, carbon-negative carbon.

Hempcrete

Delta hempcrete and lime, designed and built through Hyperion Group.

Carbon Credits

Verified sequestration from biochar and regenerative cultivation.
